My Third Quarter

Time really flies so fast and just few months left of my junior high school journey, soon I'll be a senior high school student. I'm now at the end of our third quarter. During this quarter, new information and knowledge have installed to my brain.

The new information and knowledge I've installed was about the Microsoft FrontPage from the parts to creating my own Microsoft FrontPage from following the steps of creating it and also until now I'm making my own blogs. I learned and discovered a lot and also gained knowledge that will help me work and improve my skill using Microsoft FrontPage of making documents.

I had difficulties sometimes on understanding of where can I see the files that I saved and also the instructions given sometimes. I also failed sometimes by saving the activities because there are some malfunctions and I'm happy that I can successfully deal with it because I'm a fast learner.

By the guide of my friends and classmates I can cope up easily on the activities and also explaining our lessons that I can't understand clearly. They are willing to teach and explain patiently until I can fully understand it. I like this quarter because there are only few to memorize and it's easier if we have notes and I'm very grateful about that.

And now again I will be moving on for the last quarter of this school year 2019-2020. I believe that I did well in this quarter and for the last quarter left I'm willing to give my all to maintain my grades. I will keep my notes for the future so that I will not forget this lessons. I really learned a lot on this quarter and I hope by the last quarter I can improve my skills and learning more techniques using the computer. This is my third quarter journey of being a junior high school student, see you on the last quarter, Fighting!.

Give so Much Love on Christmas

The entire world is getting ready to celebrate Christmas and welcome the New Year. After all, both are great occasions for everybody. For religious and social reasons both are important. Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ. A time for us to understand the lessons from Jesus & reflect on them. Jesus brought a new religion based on love & the vision of a God who is full of compassion & forgiveness; a vision of doing everything with a positive mindset & from a place of love.

http://www.filipinobloggersworldwide.com/2014/12/love-true-essence-of-christmas.html

Christmas day, Jesus' birthday. It is very important because this is when God came to Earth in human form as Jesus. Jesus is God's son. Christians believe he is the savior; he came down to Earth to forgive his people of their sins. There are symbols of the things that are present in Christmas just like the Christmas gift that reminds us of how God gave us the gift of His Son and that Jesus Christ gave us the greatest gift of all. Giving gifts is meant to be a symbol of love and kindness and remembrance of the gift of eternal life made possible by the Savior.

The essence of Christmas is to make them feel love and also sharing there kindness to people around them. Jesus Christ created us not only to take care of his creations but also being loved and be kind to be bless every Christmas or every day.

It is an integral part of the movement’s success. By teaching our friends and family that the physical environment is fragile and indispensable we can begin fixing the problems that threaten it.

Numerous resources are available to promote environmental awareness; group learning (in or outside of class), informational and inspirational seminars, such as our Awakening the Dreamer Program, and environmental books and brochures are just a few of the tools that can get you involved in promoting the environment.

Awareness on our environment is very important because the environment defines the people and the place where they are living.

Positive Discipline: Protect Children

https://twitter.com/nccaofficial/status/793712306446139392
This year’s theme “Isulong: Tamang Pag-aaruga sa Lahat ng Bata,” is a call to stop all forms of violence on children and pushes for a safe, nurturing and protective environment for them through positive discipline. The theme is also aligned with the key strategies of the Philippine Plan of Action to End Violence Against Children (PPAEVAC) 2017-2022 which translates the findings of the 2015 Philippine National Baseline Study on Violence Against Children (NBS-VAC) into specific action.

The celebration seeks to increase knowledge of parents or guardians or caregivers on how to handle or educate their children while in the cyberspace; intensify the advocacy of positive discipline in classrooms dynamics in daily teaching; provide space for children’s participation in the legislative advocacy; push for the passage of the Positive Discipline Bill and celebrate gains and successes on child rights promotions and protection of the country. Positive discipline, as stipulated in the Bill is disciplining children without resorting to physical or corporal punishment, such as spanking, hitting, slapping, shouting, or shaming.

Philippines,  the month-long celebration is not just like celebrating as an ordinary children but also a campaign to end violence against children and to promote their physical, emotional, moral, spiritual and intellectual well-being.

Filipino Values Month: Value the People Around You

https://www.eaglenews.ph/filipino-values-month/
Filipinos have a lot of values such as saying “po” or “opo” to the elders as a sign of respect, “bayanihan” (Volunteerism), “damayan” (Helping one another), “pagkamatapat” (Loyalty), “pakikisama” (Comradeship), “matulungin” (Helpful), “bukas ang palad” (Philanthropic), “hiya” (Loss of face and prestige), “utang na loob” (Debt of gratitude), “sariling sikap” (Self-reliance) and more. They value and respect each other and also the foreigners around them.

Filipino culture is very unique because there are various traditions that only Filipinos have it. Through the centuries and through interactions with peoples of different cultures, Filipinos have acquired patience, filial piety, close family ties, business acumen, etc., integrating them into their way of life.

These values mirror the Filipino people’s rich heritage of history and culture. They manifest the things in life. With these values, Filipinos have coped with the mutability of life. One value that has not been emphasized in our people’s education is Isang dugo, one blood, one race, referring to our common origin in the past. This is one beautiful and endearing value that we must teach our children to help preserve the unity of our nation.

Month of November as Filipino Values Month. Let us celebrate Filipino Values every day of the year. This will help us keep ourselves together as one people of one blood.

Reminiscing

Every month of August, we are celebrating "Buwan ng Wika" where we will be gathering more information about our country and specially having more knowledge about our own languages.

https://www.tagaloglang.com/buwan-ng-wika-2019/
The theme of our buwan ng wika this 2019 is "Wikang Katutubo: tuingo sa isang bansang Filipino", this theme focuses on our own languages all over our country specially the eight main languages which are Iloko, Tagalog, Hiligaynon, Cebuano, Waray, Bicolano, Kapangpangan and Panggasinense. It is also focuses on the Baybayin that only us can know about it, which were our first alphabet. This theme aim to know what are this and to study all of it because it is slowly fading away and that some of us didn't know it because they already learning foreign languages such as Korean, Chinese, Japanese, French and more. This theme also aims to collide and make it effective of all languages here in the Philippines so that we can be more proud of it.

Our own languages are already fading but this month of August we are celebrating buwan ng wika to refresh to us the languages that are already slowly to be forgotten and it's not what our ancestor wanted to be. So start learning and be proud of it because it will give an acknowledgement to our country.

But when it comes to the activities, I can easily cope up of what will be the next steps because I can easily learn things by just watching or seeing of what they do.

how-do-you-define-freedom-2/

We all know that there are so many countries who tries to colonize our country in the past until now, but our heroes and presidents talk and fight to gain our freedom and not be colonize by others but also merge our connections to other countries.

121 years ago, we declared our independence from Spanish and we will be celebrating this coming 12th of June. Because of our braved heroes they fight and sacrifice their lives to achieve our freedom from the cruel people of the other countries. They did a lot of things to make Filipinos fight and wake up from the what cruel people did and said about us. And the theme of this celebration is to celebrate the economic success of the country through the years and the struggles that it experienced to attain this status. From the cruelty of the people who want to colonized us they made us strong and we learned how to fight.

121 years ago we experience a lot of struggles and challenges but in spite of this we learned a lot and gained our freedom.

You, what did you learn from your struggles and challenges that you've faced in the past?
